Fionn FranchimonGuestLisaHostLauraHostGaryHostwhat do you feel is the most underrated hair care advice what should people be doing but they don't

I think the most underestimated is, I think, in the beginning of our industry is the consultation.

Really taking care of your customer, listening to actually what is their problem.

Because a lot of people don't really know if the problem they're having, that they can share it with their hairdresser and that their hairdresser has so much knowledge.

And hair stylists are very emotional people and that's really, really a nice part, but that they can share more the knowledge, what they already know and how they can help their customers with all the information they have.
Good answer.
Very good
Oh, sorry.
was going to play another game.
So Fionn and I had questions.
Actually, Fionn questioned me.
about some things.
We'll see if you guys get the same answers.
In fact, do you want to take it away? It's about the, what do you think clients remember the most and what's their biggest reason for returning? Was that right? Is that how you phrased it to me?

Yeah, I think that the most, if I understand your question correctly, is the attention that we have for our customer.

That we really listen and every time, and also the emotion of our clients can be different from six weeks ago to six weeks later.

One of my colleagues always says, yeah, we're so much more than hairdresser.
