Trevor BaxterGuestSo that's one of the things I really wanted to meet with Trevor about is he's not making decisions because he's like, oh, people should have this and we should do that.

I did try to cloud an AI and it's just, it's very specific what I'm looking for.

And if I want to manually do it myself, just because it keeps me in the loop versus just seeing the number, it allows me to get in the system.

And then our team meets every single week, we have a coaches meeting that is specific for them and what's important for them.

And then in that meeting, we have stuff that's very specific and important to them.
Number one, how long would it take for you to really get that in place? Like, what do you anticipate that project looking like for you to be able to get that weekly report set up for them? And then what are the things I know you kind of mentioned, but like, what are the must haves on that report for you to know, like, hey, this is at least where we're going to start?

Yeah, I think the best starting point is how many members you have at the beginning of the month and then how many exited at the end of the month, right? That's going to get you your churn number.

Do we have 235 members and at the very end of the month, how many exited? And that will tell you Give you the trajectory of like of what my growth is going to look like.

So that's where I would start in terms of the other ends and details like just start small.

What's your revenue? What's your average client value? It gives you a chance to figure out like, do I need to increase prices or what my attendance are? Right.
