And you have to observe attendance over a longer period of time to understand it.

And it's very subtle because if somebody's been coming three times a week and all of a sudden they drop down to two times, maybe they're on vacation, maybe there's something going on, you have to observe it for a little while longer.

The other one, the other interesting one is just getting people started in the beginning.

And so that is another one where you want to catch those people and make sure they get engaged early on.
Yeah, there's a couple of really good books on the first like 90 days or 100 days, depending on what book you read.
Never Lose a Customer Again by Joey Coleman has, I think he focused on the first 100 days.
And I think one of the best members who we have in our program, you know, Kim and Dave they focus on the first 100 days and they didn't even read the book.
And, but I mean, that's how you get to retaining two, 3%, or sorry, losing only two to 3% of your members with attrition, retaining 98% of them, you know?

And when we, when we started to look at data, when we joined GSD and, started to prepare monthly material to look at what was happening in the gym, we did see initially, hey, we've got some people who don't ever get engaged and are falling off right away.

And so we ended up putting a process together to make sure they're nurtured and meeting people, taking some of the best practices that we've learned and applying that to those folks.
