Yeah, so the off season, I'll spend a little time in the fall in the Hayward area.
Okay.
And for people that are looking to come up to Agency Bay, how late do you guys run into the season? Do you have availability to come check it out yet this year?
We usually go to, I think we're open until the second week of October this year.
And we have, uh, we're pretty booked up, but we do have some availability, especially in that late August, early September timeframe, which coincidentally is a pretty great time to be up here and fish and muskie.
Yeah.
Well, I mean, I think I would say September, October, that's probably a great time to be fishing anyway.
Right.
And I think we all wish September would last longer, although lately September has been kind of warm.
So it's kind of maybe even push more into October.
Wouldn't you guys say?
Yeah, it seems like that first, second week of September that used to just be two weeks to be here are now pushed towards the end of September
Because I'll go in October, I'll fish the Hayward area, like I said, and I've certainly noticed that there.
That has turned into more like a... white summer bite in early October for me at least.
Uh, yeah, I'd say you're, you're right for a lot of people, you know, like it's some of the guides they quit earlier cause they're off, you know, bow hunting and doing whatever.
And I think some of them don't even experience turnover nowadays.
I mean, it's just the last handful of seasons.
Now I could say that and watch, it's going to change completely this year, but.
because we don't have any control over but it just seems like just everything's kind of just pushed out a little bit later and then once you once season once mother nature slams the door she slams the door and it's not like we can always fish through December because in Wisconsin we can fish through December and the last handful of years it's been like right around thanksgiving we get some sort of nasty cold front and then it's 25 degrees and you know blowing 30 miles an hour and it pretty much tells you like you're done so it's kind of been been the deal lately i remember i remember was it two three four years ago i think they were still fishing on on the 31st of december in wisconsin but that's been, that's been pretty rare too.
So it's just kind of weird how, how things have shifted.
