What's a question? that people should be asking in your industry that they're not.

I think in our industry, the commercial office space is, does this booth pod office, does it work for us? Does it reflect our values? Does it reflect our brand? We find a lot of times that the Answer is no.

And so we get to work with our customers on how do we create a better solution for them and for their employees.

Yeah, I'd say another big win we have is that we were able to put on and largely complete a brand new expansion at our facility in Kingston.

It shows that manufacturing can thrive and developing people through a human-centered model can have a huge impact.

And it's a big win for all of us, and it allows us all to have a lot more space, as well as also doing it in a time of tariffs and potentially uncertainty.

Uh, but, um, the, the thing is here that, uh, we're, we're talking about, um, what's going on inside people's heads rather than what is actually physically out there.

And so I find that less than satisfactory.

I, I take it, I, I accept that sometimes philosophical arguments cannot be contested.

So before, work was just something that I kind of just disappeared off to.

They knew I went to an office, and then I'd come back.

They didn't really have any idea of what I actually kind of did.

Now they see kind of the whole thing.

They see the concept work.

They see me sketching.

What do you guys have going on? I know you guys do a few things to cater to muskie anglers.

Yeah, I mean, well, first of all, we did a big remodel job this year.

Matt actually was a big part of that.

We got a whole new bar on the inside and we totally revamped and expanded our tackle shop.

And so there's got a whole new menu and food options.

So there's a lot more going on in the bar itself.

But then, yes, we certainly do cater to the muskie anglers.
