If you can, anonymously, what's an example of a recent problem of a leader you helped them work through?

Yeah, you know what? It's interesting to be asked that in a moment because it's hard.

There's so many times.

But I encounter that a lot of times with a team.

I'm thinking specifically of an individual who did not believe that he had the best team to lead his company and was very concerned about it.

It's not easy working with people for a long time and then feeling that they're not the right ones.

But when we spoke about it, what he'd realized is it was not that the individual was inadequate.

What are the leadership skill sets that you think leaders need to navigate the current situation?

Brian Brennan, what are your reads? What are your thoughts on this quarterback competition?

I don't know enough other than they're different.

Shador certainly, he's got such a nice way with the team.

It seems like the team really enjoy being around him.

Not that they don't, Deshaun, it just seems like his personality is so, I don't know, it's a breath of fresh, it's a beacon in a way.

So I look at that.

You know, Deshaun needs to be confident if he's the guy and not worry.

Describe what it felt like, what it sounded like for those home playoff games, how that place shook?

... any idea?

You know, I don't know the process of, uh, you know, how they come about, um, you know, uh, electing somebody into the, uh, Legends Club.

Uh, so yeah, I was, I was surprised.

I was, uh, I was overwhelmed.

I was, uh, happy.

Uh, since that call, uh, just walking around Cleveland, going through the airport, I, I travel a lot in my job, uh, with KeyBank.

I've been with KeyBank for 32 years and, uh, you know, people would come up to me from time to time and say, "I loved your era.

[laughs]

What are your initial reactions here, Brian? Because I'm over the moon.

Yeah, I'm really excited.

I mean, I think this guy's an awesome offensive basketball player.

only player in Division I that averaged 22 points, five assists, and shot at least 50% from the field.

When you add 40% from three to that, he's somebody who's going to help him right away.

Like this guy, there's eight lead guards.

I would count as lead guards.

yeah finally kind of stays and then can find the angle a lot like dalen swain did too which which i i love personally yeah

one of it for me.

I just think they're in totally different planets athletically.

Coa Pete's a real, really good athlete.

Yeah.

And I obviously think he'll be able to be switchable in the NBA and guard.

Yeah, the defense.

... um, you know, if you had equal players, sure, I would love a wing or a big to a guard as well.

But, you know, if they've got a guy on their board, let's say, six spots ahead of anybody else, and he's a guard, I wouldn't want them to pass up on that guy-

Yep.

He had a great pass when they beat Florida in the NCAA tournament.

Down to 10 seconds left, racing the ball up the court, and he just threw the, uh, pass ahead for the corner three, I think maybe, like, a second before anybody else-

Mm-hmm.

Led them in points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, which is crazy.

Um, he just can do a lot of stuff with the ball in his hand.

I think he'd be a good secondary creator.

Um, if, if you put him, like imagine him in the Oubre spot, or imagine him being like the first wing off the bench.

Mm-hmm.

Um, can do a lot of stuff.

A really good driver.
