Discipline is What Sets You Free

With great love and respect in my heart, I welcome you to this beautiful Sunday morning or evening, wherever you may happen to be, just this beautiful moment.

Before we begin, let's just take a moment to arrive, settle down, and be comfortable with yourself.

So wherever you are, just pull your spine straight, open your shoulders, lighten your mind, and close your eyes.

Invite that peace, calming, cooling sensation in your eyes.

That cooling sensation that descends with peace in your eyes.

Relax your facial muscles.

Thinking of a beautiful flower unfolding.

Relax the facial muscles a bit more.

The radiance around your face becomes more visible.

Relax your neck, shoulders, spine.

Softening the belly, get grounded.
