Danielle HutchinsonHostYeah, I see where you're going with that, you know, and it's about balance, it sounds like, you know, you don't have to render every single day, you don't have to work every single day, but like just keeping a, I guess you could say like one step in front of the other type of mentality.
So I can see how you kind of use all of your knowledge from your past endeavors and kind of turned it into that and it's helping people all over the place.
So you mentioned a little bit about the ideas in the book, the frameworks.
I mean, we have energy first focus and engineering and ambition architecture.
So if you've been in that position, and if you're an overachiever, or let's say even if you have one passion project, then you know, Danielle, that you want to be the best at it.
And in doing so, you don't really realize that it's actually draining your energy.
And what I've mentioned in the book is that you need to be able to protect your energy at all costs.
So when I talk about these frameworks in the book, I focus on a lot of different solutions and easy tips that people can use implement in their day-to-day lives that protect their energy, which in turn translates to them not being burned out all the time.
If you are someone who's been at the top of your class all the time, and if You know, people have come to you and they've said, oh, you know what? I think you're going to be someone big someday.
You have those expectations on you and that somehow forces you to do so much more and it depletes your energy because now you're thinking, I think I have a lot more potential and I think I should do more.
So these frameworks that I mentioned in the book focus on the fact that you need to cultivate a new mindset that tells you that it's okay to take rest.
And it's fine if one day you're not having 10 podcasts lined up or 10 guests lined up.
