How to Built $1M/Month SaaS Business with Zero Original Ideas w/ Tibo Maker (Thibault LOUIS-LUCAS)

Yeah, you know what? I was in engineering school between 2010 to 2014.

And the thing that you just said, it's exactly what I went through.

Basically, it's all the teachers.

We had some like an introduction to start-upping, introduction to being an entrepreneur.

And It's exactly what the end force says.

Try to be the next Facebook.

Go bold.

Have one big idea and you will do it.

You will make it.

You will be the next Facebook.

And because that was in our mind, You basically try to be a contrarian at all costs.

And you try to get this one idea and be against old odds, be successful as an entrepreneur and go after this billion dollar idea.

And this is exactly what I did wrong.

And I did the exact opposite when I got back to start-upping then.

Yeah, and how that exact opposite looks like when it comes to choosing an idea?

The one process that I ran, and it was definitely not alone.

I think Peter Lavelle did pretty much the same thing.

It's a process that would force you to... to validate ideas above everything else.

The thing that I did when I got back to start-upping is try to ship one new product every week until something actually stick.

And that way, I think over four months, I created and shipped more than 10 products.

Some were very small, some were much bigger.

Some got a few hundred in revenue, some got zero.

Some was basically info products, but just a landing page with many information, what you could call a lead model today.

So it was... very diverse kind of product.

And Peter Levens did pretty much the same thing.
