And also the coping strategies, coping skills and courses, which I think the fabulous.

So we run a recovery college and the recovery college is it's a national initiative.

But for some reason in North Cumbria, we didn't have one and it wasn't successful before.

And so we've managed to get that successful.

And that's now come through as NHS funding, which is absolutely fab.

So you can see like a real progression that's happened.

Well, you can.

Yeah, which is great.

I mean, for me, it's an absolute dream because it's like my sister managed to get disordered eating into NHS.

So not eating disorders because, of course, eating disorders, you've got to eat disorder typically.

And you'll say this with a tongue in my cheek, really.

Most of the time you will get seen in a professional kind of NHS service.

Right.

But disordered eating.

I mean, how many people have got disordered eating? Right.

Yeah.

Hands up.

Yeah.

I was going to say me too.

Me too.

But there's no service for disordered eating.

So often people will be falling through gaps, but not knowing that actually, if you don't eat very well, you can nutritionally absolutely brain strained.

There's no way you can engage any kind of logical thinking.

Right.

Because you're working off an emotional brain all the time because you're not feeding your brain the right things.
