So like Fast and the Furious leaves me completely cold, but Bridget Jones diary,

I'm all over it.

Brilliant.

We want to create a new male hero, a guy who is pear-shaped, who's got a nasal voice, who sucks his thumbs crying in the corner in a fetal position.

He asks his girlfriend, do I look fat in those jeans while watching Bridget Jones' diary? sensitive man an empathetic man guess what happened to that line it wasn't purchased why because women said sorry I don't fantasize about that guy I fantasize about the toxic masculine guy so it turns out that having an understanding of human nature in this case half of humanity called female psychology matters rather than you espousing your progressive bullshit okay Now let's look at these next two.

Much of health marketing or what's called public service announcements, are rooted in the idea that when a consumer does something that is bad for their health, it's because they don't know any better.

In other words, they are lacking the relevant and actionable information.

I don't know if there's any winners in this one because they're all winners in my eyes.

So number one, are we surprised? Bridget Jones.

I mean, come on.

I go visit the apartment whenever I'm in London, even though it's just the outside of a building, which is fictionally her apartment.

her bedroom well really it's a studio apartment so like the whole room okay love it's cozy it's you believe that somebody actually lives in there and it just makes me feel great you know I feel like When I was younger, I was like, that's goals, you know what I mean? Like, this is a woman who has a great job, has a great bunch of friends, has her own apartment, and people are just taking the piss out of her for her weight.

Like, what? This woman, she's goals, you know what I mean? And she's single, who cares? You're free, honey.

so bridget jones congratulations next okay it's not really a rom-com because it's a series but because there are three movies about it are there three or two sex in the city carrie bradshaw's apartment need i say more need i say more when i see that apartment on the tv i feel cozy we all do you know it's a beautiful place um I know this is series now but I don't know if anyone watched this is a whole other episode in itself but um and just like that and we don't need to get into that but when she moved into the new house it was like no I get it I guess like I get it it's the beginning of a new chapter but like you know what I mean her apartment man her apartment's beautiful Miranda's no no charlotte no that's like old money rich taste it's gaudy it's nasty um and samantha's i can't remember did she move a good bit like oh sorry yeah no it wouldn't be for me wouldn't be for me okay but that's tv stop distracting me okay next you've got mail bedroom again a studio like it's a one kind of studio apartment so the whole thing Cozy, cozy, cozy.

The papers everywhere, books everywhere.

coming into the screen exactly and then I was looking I went through her reels and she got some that were like I think it was one like 300,000 views and it had a specific hook and then when I looked again and she'd used that hook another time it had a lot of views in and I'm like that's the hook that's getting your readers that is the one you need to use you need genre and that hook together and just keep recycling it you'll get them

I did that with my Ladler ones, you know, Bridget Jones and all that shit.

Because it kept working and it keeps working and people respond though.

It's not just they get a like.

I'm not sure what I'd do for the ladlet, though.
