So Courtney asked, question for Chris, do you have refrigeration yet? Technically I do because I have refrigeration in Red Lion.

So yes, I have refrigeration.

It's just not in our building in Harkins.

That's an interesting one.

Catherine, have you ever not accepted a client? Yes.

I have...

I don't want to say I've ever turned down a family because a family, they have that choice to use us or to not use us.

But we have determined in certain situations that maybe we're not the best fit for that family.

And so I did see this question pop up a couple times on social media.

People have asked about...

You know, what if you get someone here to the funeral home and the family doesn't have the funds to pay for the funeral service? We'll work with that family to get the individual to a another funeral home of that family's choice.

Yeah.

And I've even done that at Harkins.

Yeah.

It doesn't happen

often, but every every now and then.

But no, I've never I've never had a family call in and I say, I can't help you.

I'm not going to help you.

Now you did have a situation, Chris, a couple of weeks or no, it was a couple of months ago where you got a first call.

And if I remember correctly, we could not locate the next of kin.

And so it was the call down in Felton.

Yes.

And so we didn't, yeah, we didn't have permission to bring that person back into our care.

And until we have that, we're not going to do anything.

So who knows what happened with that call, but.
