He won the case to legally cremate his son's body.

And standing in the back of that courtroom at the time were the nascent members of the British Cremation Society, who were also wanting something to become a catalyst.

Because of Dr. William Price and the efforts of the British Cremation Society, it was legalized with the nineteen oh five Cremation Act of Great Britain.

So, so cremation in this country has been legal for what? Around a hundred and fifty years.

It's like a hundred and twenty years or something.

It will provide nourishment, and that isn't-- that has never been a part of the vocabulary of death before.
