There is so much to talk about this morning, it's, it's really quite remarkable.

I want to begin with the Supreme Court.

Donald Trump suggests that his nominations of Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett were mistakes.

That's right.

He regrets their nomination.

Why? Because they don't do exactly what he wants.

Astounding, isn't it? And then, of course, there is the announcement which we heard yesterday from Justice Samuel Alito that he's thinking about retiring.

And it's a real question.

If Sam Alito retires and Donald Trump makes the nomination, uh, well, let me tell you something.

We're gonna have a conservative court for a long time to come.

I think Alito's judgment will be based on who captures the Senate, and then, then the question is, will he resign so that a nomination can be forced through while the Republicans still control the Senate, uh, until January thirty? January third is a critical date.

We're also told that we're on the lookout now to see who will be seated, and the suggestion has been made that if, if per chance the Democrats win, the Republicans may begin challenging who should be seated in the new House.

It's absolutely phenomenal, fascinating, and horrific.
