So I'm planning ahead.
It's just so essential because let's face it, life is busy.
And the crazy thing is people do this already.
If they've got kids, they definitely do it.
If they have, you know, with work, they will do it.
Or it doesn't always transfer over because you don't think, oh, well, maybe I should plan like a boss for myself as well and include that into it.
Because when things get busy... yeah and you're on the back foot with your own and then you've got your training it's again it makes your own food you're like you know you just need to be on it with plenty planning and managing your
yeah

absolutely i completely agree i think we're so good at using our calendar and making sure we're planned out maybe professionally with our work or our career or with family kids xyz but when it comes to your health it always becomes the thing that's reactive rather than proactive and I would say there's two common traits that will sabotage you in any area of your life it's being messy and it's being passive messy is not knowing what you're doing when you're doing it and being passive is just letting life happen to you rather than you taking control and getting shit done It's interesting you mentioned time management there.

And I actually kind of challenge people to kind of look at time management a little bit of a different way.

100% okay but look that's why I plan ahead though as well I have to be organised there's a diary for work obviously so calls are in that I have when I'm going to train in there so I'd never miss it I have when I'm going to eat in there which varies a little bit but it's definitely in there because you know we've all done a thing where we're like busy busy day not eating not eating fucking really hungry now and then everything you

If we start thinking about energy management rather than time management, how do you manage your energy throughout the week so that you don't have one day where you're trying to cram everything in and then you end up fucked? Because if you end up fucked, you're not likely to actually stay consistent.
