I think that's really important context to kind of give people listening because I think so many people, they know what to do if they want to lose weight.

But then to actually lose the weight and keep it off, because lots of people, what happens is you gain a little bit of weight, you get to, everyone has like an uncomfortable point where they're like, shit, I need to do something.

And it's normally for somebody, it's like the 80 kilos, the 90 kilos, the 100 kilos.

Maybe you drop five kilos, but then the half marathon goes and guess what happens? You just drift back up towards the top.

I was like, yeah, using that, go do a half marathon, right? It'll give me something to aim for.

That was always the key thing, the aim for thing, you know? And I remember saying to you as well, I think I remember saying at 85 and you said, right, 85 is a target.

And you went, when you get to 85, you're going to want to get past that because you're going to realize what you're actually capable of doing.

And before we kind of get into kind of the actual results we've seen and things, when you, when you, before you reached out to me or before you started the program, is there anything you were kind of skeptical about?

I think I was skeptical about the whole, I think the whole process of having someone like you to guide me because there's so many people out there.

I was skeptical that I could make this relationship or in terms of the training side of things work for my routine and that was I think probably one of the probably the top excuses that I was using was that well I'm going to be doing two weeks of day shift I'm going to be two weeks at home and then going to do two weeks of night shift And I was skeptical that that process could continue throughout that.

And also, yeah, because in my mind, I had in my mind that I was always going to be struggling to maintain my nutrition because I was on night shift, because I was chopping and changing from day shift.
