TJ EricksonGuestCo-HostHostMikeHostSo, TJ, why don't you just give us a little bit of an overview of your channel, your social media and kind of what you would say you specialize in terms of content creation?

Yeah, that's a great question, because, you know, YouTube is such a wide variety of so many things.

I started guiding around Parker Rapids and I was like, okay, I want to promote my guide service, you know? So if I can get more trips from this, like I know it can be social media, you can get a lot of stuff.

And so I started, YouTube stuff really started taking off and I was like, whoa, this is a thing.

And so I started getting to a crosshairs of, okay, I was guiding, teaching, and doing YouTube, and there was just not enough time to do all of those well.

And so there was a couple summers where I did a little bit of both, but there was just, like, no time to film because I'm a guy that if I do something, I go 110%.

Again, I loved guiding, loved my clients, such a rewarding thing, but also busy and a little less flexible.

So I made the decision to step back from guiding and like, what if I do this a little more intentional? It was kind of like a little soft test run of doing it full time.

Like if I really commit to it, and am able to take a summer to really dive in like what's going to happen that's a really good growth when I was actually able to do this in a little more concentrated manner and then yeah now leading to today where it's continued to make steps and being able to step into it full-time so the focus is heavy education you know I do a lot of walleye stuff do a lot of forward-facing sonar stuff but the vast majority of what I do is just education and part of that was like I said when I moved to Park Rapids it was very different than anything I had ever done like this how do you, there's fish in weeds.
Like 25 foot flats all over the place.
