On this week's episode, we're revealing the breaking point that caused a whole video to come to an end, and the lessons we learned from filming content that didn't turn out the way we expected.
So of course, last, no, this is two weekends ago, we did a class with Fred Robles of Rio Valley Meats.
It was a huge success.
36 people showed up.
We taught competition barbecue, and it was just so much fun.
I cooked chicken and ribs.
I thought chicken and ribs both turned out incredible.
Had a few people telling me it was the best chicken and ribs that they've ever had.
It was, um, just a, it's just a blessing to be able to do that and spend that time with Fred and with a lot of the people that we've met, I've talked to online, never been able to put a face to the name.
So it's really, really cool to be able to do that for sure.
Um, anything that stuck out to you about the class that we did?
I mean, first and foremost, just like you said, as people were coming in and they're, we're kind of figuring out who is who, and then you're like, "Oh, I know your name because you comment all the time-

... or you, you know, you comment and leave a question for us to answer on the podcast." So it's really cool to actually see who these people are because they're supporting you.
For sure.
And, uh, you just don't, people know who you are, but you don't know who they are.
Yeah.
Right? So, uh, that part was really cool.
Loved the venue.
Definitely loved the venue.
We really lucked out because the very next day there was actually some rain.
Mm-hmm.
So that would've been bad for us.
But as far as the class went, I mean, it was nice.
