I've never dipped my hand in chocolate before.

The first step, Holly, is for you to put your hands in this bowl of ice water.

We're gonna get your hand as cold as we possibly can so the chocolate starts to harden around your fingers.

You have to trust me.

But that was kind of the ceiling for that niche.

And then Nick Giovanni comes and he has this goal of like surpassing Gordon Ramsay and he does.

And he now is I think he's like 40 or 50 million subscribers.

And basically, anybody who watches his videos downstream, that new ceiling that he's kind of blasted through that was there kind of for food influencers for a pretty long time, that new ceiling that he's kind of blasted through, all of the people that consume his content now are trickling down to all the other food influencers.

In terms of book buyers, you know, because is there some kind of parallel between if your audience is very young, are they not at least yet buying a lot of books? Whereas if your audience is more in that middle age and above, maybe that audience is more of a book buying audience.

That's a good question, because I know when we had Nick DiGiovanni on, his book sold really well.

But I think his book sold because kids really liked his YouTube videos and they told their parents they wanted this book for Christmas or Hanukkah or their birthday or whatnot, because I was hanging out with my partner, Patrick's nephew.

And what cookbook does he have in his hand? But Nick DiGiovanni's book.

And so we were looking.

In this video, I'm cooking against the biggest YouTubers in the world, and we're starting at the very top with the most followed creator on the planet.

will have just 10 minutes to cook a steak entree as well as 10 minutes to make a dessert.

And he's asked me to make him some cookies, but as we both know, he's the one making me cookies.

I've had some of your regular cooking, but I don't think I've had cookies from Nick DiGiovanni before.

Yeah, that's the thing.

Like that's my kids watch a bit of YouTube as well.

And I watch Nick DiGiovanni with them and like the chef.

And like I know nothing about YouTube or whatever.

So, yeah, I must actually watch some of their bits.

Interestingly, there is a guy who does a YouTube channel called Max the Meat Guy.

He's a good friend of Nick DiGiovanni, which the kids are super into right now.

He tried every food at Bucky's.

and rated it.

He brings it onto TV, and what do then we love doing in, in the modern social media age? People bring it onto the newer platforms, which are Instagram, YouTube, TikTok.

In 2023, a YouTuber called Nick DiGiovanni, uh, yeah, I've, I've seen him around, but I don't actively follow him.

He combined with Gordon Ramsay to build the world's largest beef Wellington.

They won the Guinness...
