Find out what are, what are the passions of your people? What, what are the things that they love? And you don't have to love what they love, but they need to know that you care about what they care about.

What is it? What is it? And then the second thing, once you know what your passion is and, and you're fueled with passion, you create higher levels of productivity.

Your productivity increases when you're passionate about what you're doing.

When your productivity is higher, that affects your what? Profit.

Then your profit increases.

When your profit increases, then it creates a greater pleasurable working environment.

Right.

And it becomes this, this circle where I know my passion, I'm more productive, I'm more profitable, and I'm more pleasant.

And I tell them most of the time that somewhere along the line, we miss out because we unders- we think that it's just you gotta be a better hygienist.

N- no, you need to be a better person who's working in hygiene.
