At 83, She Says This May Be the Best Year of Her Life | You’re Not Done Becoming

Send us Fan Mail At 83, Sarah Payne Naylor says this may be the best year of her life. She’s still learning. Still creating. Still dreaming. And still excited about what might be next. In this warm, deeply personal conversation - author, transformational life guide, and longtime coach Sarah Payne Naylor joins me to talk about what it really means to keep becoming at every age. Sarah shares the life experiences that shaped her extraordinary sense of possibility, including a powerful moment in Washington, D.C., when she heard the words that would change her life: “All you have to do is be yourself, and that will be quite enough.” We talk about trusting the journey when you don’t know the outcome, letting go of perfection and control, recognizing open and closed doors, finding purpose in different seasons of life, and learning to listen to your own inner wisdom. Sarah also takes us inside her book, YOU’RE NOT DONE BECOMING: Reclaim Personal Power and Purpose to Transform Yourself at Any Age, and shares why she created the new YOU’RE NOT DONE BECOMING Facilitator’s Guide for Communities of Faith to help change the conversation around aging. And yes, at 83, she’s writing books, embracing new technology, building websites, and already working on her next book - on what else - aging. Her message for women who may wonder whether their most interesting years are behind them? Please don’t shut your life down and think that it’s over. We’re not done. We’re still becoming. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\__ **MEET OUR BOLD, BEAUTIFUL, BRILLIANT GUEST:** **SARAH  PAYNE  NAYLOR**, Author & Transformational Life Guide & Coach Sarah Payne Naylor is an author, transformational life guide, and coach whose work invites people to recognize that growth, purpose, and possibility don't end at a particular age or stage of life.
