Mark PesceGuestAnthony CaruanaHostSo that's why I thought for anyone who isn't, I recommend following Mark on LinkedIn, but go for it.

And if you go there, what you'll see is the joke between myself and John Alsop is my co-founder in this is that it's a hedge fund.

But he and I realized certainly over the last 18 months because we trade information all of the time, that we actually understood where things were going.

And there's that line from Wayne Gretzky, I don't skate to where the puck is, I skate to where the puck's going.

And that we had enough knowledge, because he's been in the field as long as I have, to be able to understand where things were happening.

And so we decided to essentially build an agentic relationship organization around this so we have agents who are backfilling all of our research producing then theses and signals these are all collected together in a database in that site you can subscribe to that which means you get very high quality information about what's going on and our specific focus is the agentification of all of the things yeah so what is that
just let's stop that is a big statement so what does that actually mean we don't think about

So the good analogy, and in fact, John and I use this analogy a lot, when electrification came in 120 years ago, there were mill owners, and the mill owners were using water power in general at that point, and they had an option to use electric power, and some of them said, okay, I'm gonna get one great big electric motor, plug it in, and it's gonna run everything.

But then there were other mill owners, particularly in the south in America, who said, we're going to design a completely new factory where there's an electric motor everywhere there needs to be.

But the mills that survived and the mills that exist today, because we don't even think about it, is that, of course, every bit of the milling equipment has motors in it because that's how you build a mill.
