We just, you guys, we've known each other and we've talked so deeply in each other's lives.
And so when this permission was finally granted, it's been like, that's been a long journey.
And anybody that knows me is going to say, oh, my gosh, well, that makes so much sense.
And I just want to I actually want to start with a quote from the document, the church's document, the apostolic exhortation, Vita Consecrata.
And the title of that paragraph says the consecrated life, a gift to the church.
And it says, its universal presence and the evangelical nature of its witness are clear evidence that the consecrated life is not something isolated and marginal, but a reality which affects the whole church.
And this is going to help frame my life, what it has been, and then also the community that God is inviting me just to publicly discern the foundation of a new community.
So I've had a deep formation in working with our own priest and our own laity and being missionaries on a journey of bringing Christ to wherever we're invited.
And during that time, I, in 2010, so I began a healing journey in about 2005.
