And what is this, what is this doing? It's tying together a few concepts that otherwise might be seen as, like, a little bit sort of disconnected.
Okay? If someone says that, "I believe in Allah, and I believe in the Day of Judgment," the next statement that you might, you know, articulate about that person is not necessarily that this person is a person that takes care or maintains the masjid, right? There could be a list of other things that could describe this person, right? That they give zakat or that they do charity, they do...
But notice how Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala makes very integral, like critical, the relationship that a person has with the house of Allah and their belief.
And this is one of those kind of sensitive topics because we first need to separate the house of Allah from sometimes the experiences that people have in the house of Allah.
And, um, I don't know if you guys know, but there's, th- there is, th- there's a male equivalent to, like, the communal hijabs.
They're like a really, really uncomfortable, almost like a plastic basket turned upside down.
And it's, it's like this, it has, like, this, you know, white kind of design.
And they leave these in some masajid, right? Out of, of course, the, the practices that it's part of the Sunnah to cover one's head when they pray.
Not required, but it's f- part of the Sunnah of the Prophet, Alayhi Salatu Salam, that he prayed, he covered his head.
But some masajid, you'll walk in, and similarly to how they might have, like, a basket of hijabs for sisters who need to wear a hijab to pray, they'll have a stack of these.
Okay? And I want to just reiterate, I cannot understate how hard these things are.
