I started to note something was going on or suspect Greg Abbott, the Republican in Texas, the governor, was worried.

When he made that appearance on ABC News a while ago, a couple of weeks ago, being interviewed by George Stephanopoulos about these data centers, he was pushing and funding these data centers, as most Republicans have been, until they saw the outrage about them, the protests, how some areas people have worked really hard.

We didn't hear all that much about affordability.

In fact, we heard Governor Greg Abbott, the governor of Texas, say that, you know, essentially that affordability was a hoax, that Democrats were gaslighting folks about the issue of affordability.

We've heard the president of the United States call affordability fake.

That is a political vulnerability for Republicans as we get closer to November, because like you mentioned, Juju, we hear often, and not necessarily from the folks in this room, but from voters in places across the country, battleground states, that affordability, the cost of living, gasoline prices, grocery prices, housing, medical care, all of that is incredibly important and it's increasingly out of reach.

And you had some Greg Abbott.

You got some Dan Patrick.

You got the return of Trump to the surprise of no one.

I think specifically for people who are watching the Texas angle of things, you've got a number of speakers from Texas.

You've got Governor Greg Abbott, Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, Senator Ted Cruz.

You have some of the congressional candidates, Eric Flores, Tano Tiarina, that are running in South Texas for some of those competitive seats against Democrats.

The Dallas mayor, Eric Johnson, who's switched parties.

Well, there's definitely going to be a good smattering of Texas politicians throughout the night.

We have Lieutenant Governor Tam Patrick, the Governor Greg Abbott speaking.

I know that Ted Cruz will be speaking.
