Do you want your kids to eventually enter the ag industry in some capacity? Is that a desire?

So every time I feel angst about raising teenagers, I remind myself we've done this once before.
So none of them are working in agriculture, but they do a lot of adjacent stuff to ag.
They were born the year we moved to Lincoln, so they've grown up with the Engler program.
They're Engler babies, and so we've taught them about entrepreneurship and all the things that they've gotten to do.
What I'm hopeful is that they will learn, and really all five of them have learned it in some ways, is that there's value in the work.
And our oldest, a couple of them in particular, really like what we do on the ranch.
You know, you've got coyotes running alongside you, jumping mice as you're moving bales, you know, two really cool animals.
So I hope they learn to appreciate that, and if it leads to a full career in production ag, that would be great, knowing how hard it is.
