Fort Worth City Council and Public Comment1:19 – 21:44

1:19

Let's go ahead and move into short story number one.

1:20

Well, we're gonna talk about city council and just an update on Fort Worth.

1:24

Um, I know I could give my rant, but I just kinda wanna create space if you guys have questions or comments or thoughts from looking at it from your perspective of what you saw happen at last city council.

1:34

Well, I watched the whole thing-

1:36

Mm

1:36

... on YouTube-

1:37

Mm

1:37

...

1:37

but I was not in the room.

1:38

So what I have come to realize is that watching online is not the same as being in the room.

1:45

Mm-hmm.

1:45

And there are many things that go on that you don't catch.

1:47

Mm-hmm.

1:47

And in this instance, there are many things that go on that you don't catch because there's been some changes to the angles of the cameras in the council chamber.

1:57

Yes.

1:58

And I'm pretty sure that's been intentional.

2:00

Yes.

2:01

Wesley, what is your thoughts on that?

Wesley KirkHost

2:02

2:08

You really think?

Wesley KirkHost

2:09

Well, hey, I w- I'm getting there.

Wesley KirkHost

2:10

Knowing the IT situation in, in the city of Fort Worth, I think it's entirely possible that something went wrong and they don't know how, but the timing of it is also very... seems pointed.

Wesley KirkHost

2:23

[laughs]

2:23

Well, and there were front-facing cameras for some of the presentations.

Wesley KirkHost

2:26

Yep, exactly.
