We had the court where Deborah and others and Mary Ellen Hicks tried to showcase, hey, why are these polls gone? He testified that he didn't talk to a single person of color when deciding what polls he was going to cut.

um what does this look different when you're the judge like what's some things that you're like what does the elections look like in the future

there's so many changes first first of all just transparency we're going to visit which i've already i've already started i've started that a year ago other counties and see how Travis County is amazing.

But what changes is we go in there and look at the practices and processes, and we start changing.

He's always, and it's memorialized on tape, he's always said he needs more polling places.

He's told the judge, he's told Ramirez, no, as many polling places as we can get.

And then he started flipping, was that in 2025, September 2025? And he's completely flipped now.

No, that is my main concern about this county throughout elections and everywhere.
