So since COVID sort of been the next chapter, at least sounds like professionally and also spiritually or personally, has it been a straight line to the top? Have there been bumps? Are you trending in the right direction? What's the practice look like?

I think that if I'm laughing because it's like it's never linear, you know, like, wouldn't that be nice? Yeah.

You know, I think that's what what you get when you build your muscle of pride and when you're you're showing up for yourself so consistently when things don't match consistently.

the way you wanted it to happen perfectly, it's like, well, I did everything.

I think the parts that have been hard for me personally have been making sure I'm not falling into codependency, making sure I'm not trying to fix anybody else but myself and just stay in my lane and stay focused on what I'm needing to do.

I think that the other struggles have been around recognizing who I need to spend time with and what I need to be spending time doing.

So honoring my sensitivity, honoring my introvert, honoring what do I need to unsubscribe to and say no to.

I've said no probably more in my life over the last five years than I've ever said no, just because I have to say yes to everything.

And so if I stay focused on that, it means I say no to so much and just grieving that no, grieving the parts of me and the timelines that I said, I'm not going to do that.

You know, it's like that kind of thing, because I want to do my pickup with my daughter at three o'clock, you know, or something.

I'll say it takes time for me to, to not follow anybody else's life, but my own and what I'm meant to be doing.

And I, and I'll be honest sometimes I'm like, Oh, that looks, that looks fun.

And I'm like, Oh, I'm being this person, not being, you know, it's great for that person, but not me.
