And I think, um, Abby, I wanna kinda bring it to you on the, on the culture element.

I think the myth that I hear is there is not enough women in the talent pool for senior roles.

They are, they are literally handed a senior role, right? And they refuse to take it, and they refuse to take it because they see what they call a toxic or old school culture at the top, which they don't want to sign up to.

So they either don't take that role, or they go to another organization that has a different culture.

Um, and so there is an element of fixing that culture if you genuinely want to drive gender equality.

Um, and then there is an element of perception that I have to operate in the same way.

In your research, Abby, what has come up around the future leadership and kind of how organizations have maybe worked in the past and where the shift starts to come in?

So women and other numerical minorities, um, are constantly having to change themselves, whether it is a conscious thing or an unconscious thing.

Sometimes people go, "Oh no, I've never had to change how I, um, behave." And then once you start to have conversations with them, you can start to pull out what they've tweaked their behavior there.
