I know where my time has to be.

I've been, my time now has to be like razor kind of like when it comes to where I'm gonna focus my energy.

So if I said I'm gonna be committed, whilst my commitment might not look 9:00 to 5:00 or might not look the same pattern as your commitment, my commitment is there more than ever, if not more than what it was previously.

Um, because now I have a real reason [laughs] to be kind of progressing and making sure that the world that we're in is, um, is more equal than the world, uh, that I entered into.

And then looking on the research side of things.

So, um, a- again, it'll be a- along the lines of that mid-career drop-off point.

In your research, Abby, what has come up around the future leadership and kind of how organizations have maybe worked in the past and where the shift starts to come in?
