His signs and facts say that he's gonna cut taxes in half, and of course everybody wants to know what services are you gonna cut in half.

But I had this big spiel prepared, and I said it at the beginning just in case he walked in late, that there would be no bullying and, you know, w- it would be total respect, no intimidation.

And the big rule is you can criticize a point, a platform, a policy, but not the person.

And one person actually said that they couldn't believe how embarrassed my mom must be to raise such an uneducated daughter.

At one point, somebody sent me a letter, because I did talk on the show about my now ex, uh, partner, and she said something.

She hand-wrote a letter to the radio station saying how horrified, uh, my husband must be when I talk about him on the air.

I w- I'd always say, "Hey, you know, I'm probably gonna talk about this today." And he didn't really, you know, wasn't that fussed by it or bothered by it, but somehow it got under the craw of this old lady, and I sh- I, I say old, I don't even know A- and there was no return address, of course.
