... and solve it themselves.

And we didn't know what we were gonna find when we first started.

So we didn't necessarily say, "We're gonna go find food security challenges within St. Louis." We said, "We wanna go listen to those who are a part of the food system space in St.

Louis across all these different domains." Um, and as we saw these people who were just, like, growing food, actually is our biggest investment was into food growers.

One thing we learned was that there was this, like, micro ecosystem- ... people supporting each other.

I was, you know, in this tech background thinking about it as this, like, food security operating system that was kinda just self-organized.

Yeah

And can we, in a few years, look back and say that conversation was a start to a transformational journey that we all took that now led us to a place where things are a little bit different.

It feels like there's alignment on problems and even what I was a little surprised about was urgency.

Feels like people actually care

about this, which is awesome.

I guess like my concern, it feels like these lead to more conversations that lead to more conversations and that by the time we arrive at a solution, we're late to the party and or have done more damage than good through the process.

So what I'm looking forward to is how these conversations translate into tangible solutions that from these conversations tomorrow, I hope that we get to hear more of the synthesis and like a playbook style, like what's next then? Like, all right, cool.

We're all excited.
