When we got to the police station, they just started asking questions, and I was like, "Is someone gonna tell me what's going on?"
14:15
We walked into the room, uh, where they were at, and, uh, they looked at us, and, uh, we were all crying.
14:24
My dad said, um, "It's not good.
14:26
She's dead."

14:33
I just didn't wanna, I didn't, I didn't wanna believe it.
14:38
I remember catching my brother as his knees gave out, um, and, uh, you know, everybody just sobbed.
12:32
We saw that today at practice.
12:33
Yeah, Brody is very, yeah, live arm.
12:37
He's a very, very intelligent kid.
12:39
His dad is a baseball coach here, and dad coaches the Legion team in the summer.
12:44
He's been around sports his entire life, so he is like a sponge.
12:47
He soaks up every moment, every opportunity, and treats it as a learning opportunity and just gets better on every rep.
12:54
He was good for us last year.
15:49
With the high standards the program has, where you've accomplished the past few years, how do you not put the weight of expectations on some young players to step up when needed and just kind of let them grow naturally? So
22:34
So yes, you've got to be a little bit flexible and adaptable, but guide them on a journey.
22:39
And to add to that, Matt, I think that's really good context and Because I think that further drives home the point of why ironing out and truly nailing down process up front is critical.
22:54
I think it's worth stressing that companies need to be honest with themselves and willing to change up front.
23:01
Because like Matt was saying, just because they think they're doing things one way, we need to truly understand how are those processes actually being executed within a site or across the network.
23:14
And then have an honest assessment of, are these best practices? Is one site doing it one way that we would like to adopt at others? Or maybe both are less than ideal and we implement some new process going forward that is closer to industry standards.
23:33
And sometimes you have to fight through the red tape, but it's the openness to being honest with what are those processes today and who owns the final governance of defining what the processes are in the future.

As AI enters execution systems, who owns the decision? Is it the system, the site leader, the process owner, or the business? You're
29:44
right, AI is, it feels like everywhere nowadays.
