What were some of your favorite key takeaways from this massive event? I think drew about 50,000 people.
33:01
Yeah, no, I think it gets bigger, bigger every year.
33:04
I think I'm not sure what it was like for you, but typically I have the opportunity to go around and look at everything.
33:10
I didn't because there were just so many things going on.
33:12
Right.
33:13
Yeah.
33:13
So it was a wonderful event.

So tell us, Matt, what are you hoping folks glean from this great blog? We're dropping a link in the comments.
6:10
Where did that help and where did companies mistake seeing the problem for solving it?
6:17
I think visibility is kind of a big, broad subject, really, for the most part.
6:22
And really, when you look at the industry in the past 10 years, when you talk about real-time transportation visibility as a category, that was defined with our friends Project 44 and Forkites coming after that.
6:32
At this point in time, being commoditized, so most of the use case is around transportation visibility and trying to determine on time visibility.
6:39
arrival for the most part.
6:41
From my perspective, when you look at the yard, yard has always been an interesting spot.
6:45
When you look at operations across the thousands and thousands of manufacturing distribution sites inland, what you do find is those that are operating at scale always had visibility problems.

What has to be boringly reliable before autonomy is even a sensible goal?

5:14
Walk us through the autonomous yard operating system just at a specific scope and what changes on day one versus what a shipper had previously.
5:27
Yeah, so it's a very good question.
5:31
You couldn't go to our website and say, hey, I want to buy the yard operating system.
5:35
That is not what we're talking about.
5:39
What you will find, especially if you're a big shipper, is they probably got some technology already involved in their operation today.
5:47
So it's not like there isn't some level of a technology there.
5:51
What we do is come in and look at this very differently.

Do you have any stats on if this improves, not only from a driver standpoint, but from a overall operational and cost standpoint, if autonomous trucks doing this sorts of work improves those things? I don't even like to back into my garage, so.
