27:14
Good problems to have.
27:15
I love that.
27:16
So, brother, I'm at that point where I just fucking have to get some help.
27:20
So I put a job ad up on... one of the Filipino job websites.
27:26
I've got some applications that I'm going to go through.
27:29
But when I was writing the SOP and trying to get that clear, I put it through AI and I've made it fucking infinitely worse.
27:36
Like it literally overwhelmed me.
28:00
are you hiring
52:32
Welcome.
52:34
Good evening, Cameron Smith.
52:35
I'm one of the co-founders and the executive director of Communities in Partnership.
52:39
I just want to thank everyone.
52:42
for allowing us to be here this evening.
52:43
Communities in Partnership started as a community-rooted organization way back in 2012 with one of the unfortunate acts of violence in our community.
52:54
I am a resident, as all the founding members of Communities in Partnership are, and we came together and decided that the narratives and the outcomes in our community, we wanted to have a voice in what our community developed into, how people thought of it, and what they thought of us.

131:50
So I'm signing off.
speaker_11UNKNOWN
166:54
do it after or before? After,
166:57
it's fine.
speaker_14UNKNOWN
170:01
That's it.
170:08
Cameron Smith, I'm one of the co-founders and the executive director of Communities in Partnership.
170:13
Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem, city council members.
170:16
I just want to thank the city for this process, starting off with Mrs. Winbush, our deputy manager.
170:22
She's the one who is in the very beginnings of this whole process, kind of helped us get this along.
170:29
I like to give credit where credit is due.
24:08
Mm.
24:08
So if I bring a client on, I know the structure I want them to go through.
24:12
That's built out.
24:13
The main value I do is I do calls like this to get their mindset right so they adhere, right? And they have to turn up one a week.
24:20
So I do that.
24:21
So I'd be bringing on, like, another coach, but I'm not really sure what they'd do.
24:25
They'd probably have to run their own calls, I guess.

18 MINS LATER

42:40
But Cam, like, you wanted to give value in that, so like what was the hook again?
28:25
[laughs]
28:26
... there's things that I can do, and then, mate, there's things that I just can't.
28:30
Like trying to systematize things, just my brain just like shuts down, and I've got mates who run their own businesses and they're like, "Oh, I made you an app on the weekend and a dashboard and you can do all it for fun." And I'm like, "You and I have got very different ideas of what fun is." Like I, I, I can't even do that on my best day, and he did it for fun in like half a day.
28:52
So I'm really struggling with that, and I'm not sure if that's common or if it-
31:01
Yeah.
31:01
"So you're gonna have to go more that way." And I was like, "Okay." So I'm getting that stuff out more frequently and, a- and you said, like, I need Ben to do it 'cause it'll save me eight hours a week, you know, just doing that.
31:11
But yeah, I just feel like I've gotta get those systems.
31:14
And then I was trying to do a follower ad, and I cannot get anything to work.
19:10
I don't need to MF Cam, but the minute you d- like, so to that coach that treats everybody the same and doesn't actually understand how to connect with and talk to the different coaches, talk to them real quick about the damage that they're doing to their own reputation, how they're not gonna get the buy-in that they want, and ultimately the success that they're looking for.
19:27
I use- I thought about, when I, when you, right when you asked that question, I think back to Clay Hilton.
19:30
Um, he had, he would come up to me before.
19:34
I mean, I was a, I was a two-time captain.
19:36
I was a four-year starter.
19:36
I was a, I was a grown man there.
19:38
And, and, um, towards the end when, when we, him and I had a really good relationship, he would say, "Hey," just so you know, he would either say, "Hey, I'm gonna call on you.

40 MINS LATER

59:48
[laughs] Could you be more specific?
3:13
What does a boot camp training session look like?
3:16
Oh, geez.
3:18
I would say it's more of a boot camp for me and more of a party camp for the other guys.
3:25
LAUGHTER No, I'm joking.
3:28
No, we did a lot of competitive practice.
3:33
I feel like it's good to have a break, but it's also, and it's nice to hit balls and it's nice to work on your swing.
3:41
But at the end of the day, you got to compete.

17 MINS LATER

20:56
How much decision was made or was it a clear decision that shot? Do you feel like that shot on 17 around the bunk was a real defining moment? Because that was like, that was huge.
29:23
Jon Rahm.
29:24
Okay.
29:26
Oh, (laughs) I mean, uh, he's, he's incredible.
29:32
It, it feels like when you're playing against him, um, when you're up near the lead, when you're in contention with him, it feels like you have to do everything perfect to beat him.
29:43
That's drive the ball, chip the ball, you know, approach, everything.
29:47
It, it feels like he doesn't let up.
29:49
He doesn't miss a shot.
30:28
Describe Phil Mickelson.
6:09
So with your struggles, what do you think it is?
6:12
Um, (sighs) you know, at, at the end of last year, I really did a lot of hard work on my swing.
6:19
Um, and I feel like if you looked at 2022 Cameron Smith and 2025 Cameron Smith on the range, you would say that 2025 Cameron Smith is a better golfer than 2022.
6:32
Um, just technically and, um, maybe looks-wise.
6:36
But, um, I, I... it's just been a hard year to commit.
6:40
Um, and like you say, between shots, you have so much time to think, you know, "Is this the right thing? Am I doing the right thing?" Um, and then maybe through reps, um, it's got better as the season's gone on.

7 MINS LATER

13:26
Jon Rahm.
13:26
Okay.
