So yes, I can go first.

I am reading Dawn at the North by Demi Winters, which is the third book in her series, and I'm right at the end, so it's been really hard to, like, work today [laughs] and not just sit and read because I'm really, like, in the epic final scenes.

And it's been so amazing.

We were lucky enough to do some events with Demi when we were in California earlier this year, which gave me an excuse to finally pick up her series because I've been meaning to get to it forever.

Can you think of what were some books or book series that were really pivotal for you, like knowing this was a genre you wanted to exist in?

Yeah, for sure.

I mean, one really classic one for me is Lord of the Rings.

Tonight, and, uh, one of the segments, spoiler-

And I remember the shock on her face.

Then I've gotten closer to them and I talk to them.

I picked him up from the little regional airport.

We had dinner, and the reason that he was out here in my city was because my brother had just had another bipolar breakdown, and it was, this time, so scary.

He, he ended up getting committed, and there were cops involved, and it went on for so long, and it was so stressful, and he was supposed to be out here to support me and, like, be a, be a friend.

But instead, he's just bitching about politics and healthcare and making it all about himself.

So, you know, I, I got really angry about that because I was like, "You're being such an asshole, [laughs] and you're supposed to be out here 'cause I'm having a hard time." But anyway, so all right, I dropped him off, and then the next thing we did was we went to my local art museum.
