were going to bring her in a little later, but we need her now.
33:02
I'm ready and raring to go.
33:04
So I'm listening to this through my mom lens right now with a 20 year old, almost 20 year old daughter, almost 18 year old son and a 12 year old son.
33:16
One, I'm thinking, what did I miss? Part of me is thinking, what have I missed already? Part of me is thinking, how do we begin to have, when should these conversations start with our kids? Because it's probably honestly easier for me at this point to have a conversation with my 12-year-old than...
33:34
my 16, 17, 18 year old son who, you know, doesn't want to talk about any of this.
33:40
So where as parents do we, how do we approach this? Where do we begin? How do we ensure that our kids are not watching porn? I mean, I do have limits on all of their stuff, but at some point, right, like I can't, I can't continue to monitor everything that they're doing.

20 MINS LATER

54:10
us about your journal.
15:16
Mm-hmm.
15:17
And we've categorized those as symptoms, and they're symptoms that need to be treated.
15:22
And so we use, you know, CBT or medication or, you know, exposure therapy, which are all useful in some way.
15:35
This isn't to throw the baby out with the bathwater, but it is to say when you have these symptoms, perhaps what is your soul crying out for? And how can we really take a look at is your soul aligned with what it's here to do? And I recognize that there's all kinds of, you know, constraints and things that happen in, in the world today that make it difficult to listen to that.
16:00
But I think when we do, we can really fall into a meaningful path that even when there is external noise, you still feel like, "Okay, I, I am doing what I am set here to do for my soul to continue growing." And I was thinking about this this morning because I think that people often hear, like, spirituality, and they think that means, like, you don't have hardships or you don't experience hardships.
16:27
Like, that is actually not it at all.
16:30
I think what it is, is it's the ability to trust in something bigger and also feel everything that you feel.

20 MINS LATER

36:47
Mm-hmm.
33:37
What a precognition.
33:42
All I had to hear was Freud.
33:43
And I was like, I'm all in here.
33:45
Eric, I have a question in terms of what you were just talking about.
33:50
Are precognitive dreams also working through unconscious material simultaneously? Like, can it be both and? Yeah.

17 MINS LATER

51:20
So is the higher self and the future self, are they sort of as one? And are they possibly what's influencing who we are now in our present?
51:34
Can I just add to that question? And then how can we use that to help us heal?
48:27
So I know you've got a question for Amy, I mean, for Judy Brooks.
48:31
Yes.
48:32
I, I am so inspired by this conversation.
48:35
I want these three women to be my life coaches, my personal life coaches.
48:41
[laughs]
48:42
Yeah.
48:42
I feel like there's so much wisdom to gain from your experiences.
48:47
So first of all, thank you.
46:47
Dr Amy Robbins, I'd love your, your perspective here, and your questions for Roy, Stephanie, and Alexandra.
46:56
Hi, everybody.
46:57
This has been such an incredible conversation with so many different threads to pull at.
47:02
Um, but I'm just thinking about sort of where the telepathy tapes has s- brought us in terms of non-speaking s- autistic spellers, and what this sort of feels like it could have the potential to do at the other end of the spectrum, and how caregiving could potentially change if we ch- those of us who are caregiving changed the belief system that we could actually still communicate with the deeply forgetful people.
47:32
Roy, what would your next book look like if that was the case? Like, you know, Zen Caregiving in the Spiritual Space, or something like that.
47:40
I'm just curious, uh, your thoughts on that.
47:45
Well, I think, you know, again, I would come back to the state of, uh, mindful, pr- open-hearted presence, right? I think, um, it takes out of the equation, um, you know, the attachment to identity or self-image that so many of us cling to so fiercely, and it puts us in this place of, um, you know, the soul, or, um, you know, kind of reclaiming the humanity of the person who's living with the illness, no matter what we call it, uh, in this present moment, right?
48:24
Yeah.
51:51
Amy, what question would you like to ask Darryl and Regina?
51:55
Thank you.
51:56
Hello, hello.
51:57
So I see so many people in my office that are really, really struggling with the state of the world, the state of humanity right now.
52:05
So in a nutshell, what are these aliens, these light beings telling you? What are you hearing about the world at i- as it is now, and how people can understand themselves in this world and, and everything that's happening?
53:59
Oh, that is beautiful.
53:59
Like the spiritual and the psychological coming together on a global level as well.
8:20
Okay.
8:20
But then it did start to come in where I'd get, like, hits of past lives perhaps.
8:25
Like, I don't know for sure, but how I would then frame what I was saying would be like I f- I, I would say to someone like, "I feel like what you're talking about is like you were in a brothel." There was someone I was working with who was really struggling with relationships, and men kind of coming and going, in and out, and I s- and I said, "I feel like you were, like, in a brothel.
8:47
Like, you felt like you're just waiting for people to come through town for you." She was like, "That's it.
8:55
That is exactly how I feel." And this is someone who has now gone on, and I'm not saying this one intervention was it, but there was something that she's gone on to have a very healthy relationship.
9:08
She's now married with a child.
9:10
Like, this is someone who really struggled with relationships, and I had this intuitive hit that maybe there was more to what her experience was than just in this current space and time.
14:01
Amazing.
23:33
Oh
23:33
... about how we would begin, just like people talk about bringing in spirit guides, how would we begin to have a relationship, and do you see sort of the Greek gods and goddesses almost like spirit guides or angels people talk about? But I've never really heard people talking about bringing in the gods and goddesses of Greek traditions.
23:53
So can you talk a little about what that would look like and how we might invite that in to help us, and then to help us manifest, even?

24 MINS LATER

47:41
You're welcome, Amy
47:42
... here on the other side of the pond.
47:44
Um, how do you think Crowley would be perceived today? Do you think he would be as, uh, feared or do you think he'd be-
4:01
So why don't you tell us a little bit about your backstory in terms of becoming a therapist, but then also veering into or being open to the world of life, death, and the space between and how you got into all this.
4:15
Well, I was lucky enough that that world just spontaneously opened up for me.
4:21
So when I was 18 years old, my aunt was waiting for a kidney and pancreas transplant.
4:27
She had juvenile onset diabetes.
4:29
She had been sick for most of her life, and she was waiting for the transplant.
4:34
And while she was waiting for the transplant, they did all these medical checks, and they realized that her heart wasn't going to be strong enough to withstand the transplant.
4:44
And so they needed to go in and repair her heart.

37 MINS LATER

42:04
Share.
WillHOST
29:15
I didn't either
29:16
... y- yeah.
29:17
And we've gotten so away in our, in this field, I think, from the soul.
29:24
And so my work has really sort of evolved from that place of like how are we incorporating the soul? How are we thinking about the soul in clinical work? But it goes beyond that.
29:37
And I think, you know, what I started to see was I would have people reach out.
29:41
You know, first they wanted readings, and I don't do readings, and then it was like, "Could, can we have therapy with you?" And I was like, "I'm full." So I started to think about, okay, well, what could I create that would help people really connect more deeply with their own soul? And so Will, earlier you mentioned this, the concept of live your life backwards.
29:59
So I created this online course called Live Your Life Backwards, which was a way for people really to tap into the essence of their soul, this spiritual part of ourselves that I believe does not die.
WillHOST
31:08
Mm.
18:07
Mm-hmm.
18:07
"And so that means that's, you know, who I am, and I can't really change that." And so I don't love when people get stuck in these mindsets of like Oh, well of course I'm a Gemini, so I'm gonna have those two parts of myself, and there's really not much I can do to change that.
18:23
Because I think that then that limits us.
18:25
And so I really like to use astrology to think about what does it tell me perhaps about someone's makeup, someone's personality, how they might be in relationships? I mean, I know enough to, like, say the words north node, south node.
18:40
I like to look at Saturn returns, Chiron returns, like what are the times in people's lives that they're really struggling? I think sometimes I refer out to an astrologer to do a reading-
23:50
[laughs]
23:50
Ericsson's developmental stages, right? There are these times in life where there are big shifts that happen.
23:58
There are lots of people too around Saturn returns if we look at when people leave this earth.
25:03
Go for it, Amy.
25:03
Well, I love this conversation because this is really at the heart of everything that I am trying to bring to the forefront, specifically for psychologists on this side of the pond.
25:15
I know you're on the other side of the pond doing this work.
25:18
so incredibly but how do these two that you you call yourself the psychic psychologist those two things really run counter to each other in the psychological space the psychology is supposed to be you bring in yourself and we do the deep work so you can know yourself more deeply and But with the psychic piece, how does that change the work in terms of what you're bringing in that you already might know about the person or what you might be into in it?
28:17
So I'm more about empowering you to connect in with yourself on all those levels than effectively disempowering you by giving you a reading, if that makes sense.
28:25
Yeah, I think that's the most brilliant way to integrate these two pieces.
28:31
And I know we were talking earlier about dreams and how our psychic senses often start and people aren't even aware of dreams.
28:40
in their dreams, right? Like this might be the first way people begin to know themselves more deeply, to see the shadow side of themselves, to really start to open up these psychic senses.

her.
10:31
And it was as real as you and I are talking today.
10:35
She came to me.
10:36
It was right before my cousin's wedding and her son.
10:40
And she said to me, I saw a very clear image of my mom standing at the kitchen table, standing at our sink in the kitchen I grew up in.
10:48
And she said, tell your mom she doesn't need to be upset.

6 MINS LATER

16:51
And I'm curious is how that infiltrated your line of work what is that approach exactly? Is it just giving someone a space to share their experience or do you take it deeper and try to validate their experience? Like what is the process when someone comes to you clinically, obviously without sharing private information, which you know more than me, but what does that look like when someone comes to you and starts, how do you bridge the gap, I suppose, with a client?
31:28
What question do you have for Bob?
31:30
So Bob, my question is really around the, So differentiating what this experience was, all of these sort of fall in the dream, in the dream space.
31:43
But how do you differentiate when you're working through something unconsciously? Because as a therapist, that's what I'm always looking at is what our dreams telling us that are consciously.
31:52
waking life can't expose versus just having a beautiful experience that needs no detective work, that is just a deep connection.

23 MINS LATER

55:18
hired for the Dream Detectives Agency because you agree
55:22
with Teresa.
55:22
Something is ready to emerge, Kelly, and you are feeling more free, more alive, this dancing, this vibrancy, like time to let it out.
55:34
Let it go.
32:49
So I'd love to see, Amy, what is your hypothesis? For
32:54
me, my experience is always, it's my conversation with something greater than myself.
32:59
And I often ask, like, when I'm in a state of transition or when I'm, you know, stepping into a new experience, like, am I on the right path? Show me I'm on the right path.
33:12
And then for me, 444 shows up constantly in the most obscure places.
33:18
It's not like...
33:19
It's just on the clock.
33:20
It's like just random, random places.

19 MINS LATER

52:12
Do you believe in the multiverse that maybe there's another universe where the right guy? What do you think, Amy?
23:58
Amy, have you noticed an increase in
24:00
anxiety-fueled dreams as well? Oh, of course.
24:04
Of course.
24:06
But I also think that this is bringing to the surface so much of what needs to be faced in our own selves.
24:14
And once we can face these parts that are coming forth in the dreams, I loved what both of you were talking about, that That all of these different pieces, these different aspects that we're dreaming are aspects of ourselves that we need to work through.
24:28
So it's sharing that.
24:30
It's mirroring to us what that is.
25:18
And if the bubble gets pierced, we can flush it or wash it right down the drain.
15:21
Hi, Amy.
15:22
Hi, Julia, or 25 questions that I have, but I have to limit it today.
15:29
So what I'm dying to know about right now is your current research.
15:36
And I think being in the field of psychology, one of the words, the buzzwords that is big right now is neurodivergence.
15:44
And I know you're doing work with the telepathy tapes and non-speaking autistics.
15:49
And I am just so curious because I've been thinking about a lot about how this applies in my own life with my own kids, how we all think differently.
15:57
How are you sort of seeing what is considered neurotypical versus neurodivergent? How much of it, you know, you talked about your own trauma comes out of trauma.

24 MINS LATER

40:38
So I know you have to rush off for a client soon.
