In healthcare today, administrative documentation often takes up…

Xavier VillarrealHostSo Sarah, I, I feel there's a fundamental operational challenge, and clinicians today rely on many different tools, you know, be it from Zebra mobile devices to smart thermostats, to deliver care.

So, um, there's obviously a lot of research around, um, documentation burden, right? So the, the documentation-

... that we have in the EHR is, you know, taking up 25 to 40% of a nurse's time in, um, giving them burden.

But what the emergent- the emerging evidence is showing that not only is there a documentation burden, there's also a technology burden.

So sometimes nurses will have to up- uh, interact with, like, upwards of 13 different fragmented systems, and you have to know how all those systems work, how and where to access them.

I have to find the right computer that has them all loaded and be able to search it.

So all of that requires a lot of context switching, and that's also leading to burnout.

So our, our goal is to bring all of those different technologies under one usable, voice-activated interface.
