If you already know what to do — you've got the journal with the plan written in it, the color-coded calendar, the morning routine that worked last month — and you're still watching yourself not move……
Hello, hello, and welcome back to the Work Life Boundaries podcast.
I'm Bethany, and if you're new here, this is the show where we talk about what it actually takes to build a life that doesn't run you into the ground.
And as a woman of faith, as a high performer, as somebody who carries a lot for a lot of people, you are a woman who solves problems for a living.
Maybe literally as in you lead a team, you run a business, you hold down a household or probably all three at once like me.
And people bring you their messes and you hand them back solutions and you're really good at it, honestly.
But here's the situation under the situation.
You have hit a season where you can see the next step for your own life, and you can see it somewhat clearly.
Maybe you've even written it down, but you cannot seem to make yourself take it.
You know, maybe because you don't know how, or maybe you do, but you've stalled.
So today, we're gonna figure out what's actually going on.
And I'm going to tell you a story, my story, actually, because I didn't learn this from a book.
I learned it by living it in my own work and in my marriage and in my motherhood.
Here's what I've seen after years of sitting in this exact spot and meeting with other women who are also, you know, when a high performing woman knows what to do, but can't stay consistent, it almost always comes down to one of two things or sometimes both.
