Wonka’s The Golden Ticket Episode 4: Bad Dad | WonkaCast Recap

Bill targets the one person Kayla wants to protect, Jeff keeps eating candy while Ava unloads on him, and a handful of jelly beans turns into a mind game. Robb and Josh recap Episode 4, “Bad Dad,” of Netflix’s Wonka’s The Golden Ticket on WonkaCast, presented by Still Talkin’. We pick up with the honeycomb elimination and debate who deserved the golden bubble gum safety reward. Then Howie Mandel arrives for Bubble Jeopardy, Bill takes aim at Hunter, and one geography answer gives us the line of the episode: “Moscow is not a country.” Plus: Bill’s disappearing-bubble exit, the Oompa Loompa magic, Ava and Jeff’s candy-filled confrontation, and Kayla’s five-bean strategy. Is Bean Counters the best game in the factory so far—and should a shot at $3 million come down to a 50/50 guess? We break down the Poppy-versus-Ziad cliffhanger and name our favorite and least favorite players. And yes, we explain why YouTube thought our WonkaCast artwork looked like a slot machine. Spoiler warning: This discussion covers Episode 4 and earlier episodes of Wonka’s The Golden Ticket. The result of the closing cliffhanger is not revealed.
