You know, I think that when we have successes, yeah, of course there's learnings in that, but the learnings really are in the failings.

And I'd say that as societies, which is not great around failure at all, we regard it as failure.

We don't see it as a progression, a natural part of, any great endeavor, you know, and it's funny because I always look at sports people.

I think they're great around failure because they, they're just trained that, yeah, I'm going to do it sort of a gazillion times.

And a lot of the time you're going to fail to get the winning shot, but that's part of the game.

Where you don't have a lovely co-founder like you've got, who's naturally got something that you don't have, what could a solopreneur do to sort of really get themselves through this tumultuous, oh my God, messy middle of, oh, I've failed all that team members.

think, first of all, why do you want to be a solopreneur? Or do you want to be, are you at your best when you act alone? Or are you at best when you have someone to bounce idea with? So I personally have done both and I am still not sure.

I think I am the ideally, in the ideal world, you have a business partner that has complimentary skills, either character wise or something that you compliment each other and the two of you or the three of you become whole.

But at the same time, you will have the frictions and things that you wouldn't have when you are on your own, where else you outsource certain tasks to virtual assistant or today AI.

I mean, there are so many things that you could have accelerate where you use certain agents or VAs.

Very often, you know, we feel that, you know, it's such a suffering as founders.

So you can make your life easier and you just have to make conscious choices, you know, trade off that to understand yourself well.

in the Bay Area, I think that the notion of you have to be a big team, raise tons of money, that is the definition of success.
