so the biggest thing that I have found with all of us founders and CEOs and especially for us women is that we approach business and we've talked about this sort of lens in other episodes so I won't get too long into this but we approach businesses the same way that we approach life like You know, we know that if we do it ourselves, we're going to do it faster, right? Like it's, you know, I have to get the kids ready for school, like, you know, just asking my partner to like, can you, no, I know where everything is, so I'll just go do it.

And I want to start by saying something to everybody listening right now is I know that it feels like AI is something that you have to learn.

And I don't necessarily disagree, but you don't have to become an expert.

The technology is moving so fast that it's going to get to a point that it will become easier and easier to adapt it and bring it into your business.

Because when we talked about our CEO days and the things that, you know, how our weeks, our founder weeks looks like, that is the first place that you need to start.

When I started using Cloud, specifically Anthropic Cloud, the app, one of the first thing that I got it to do for me was to help me with my CEO dates.

So I have on Monday mornings, I have one and a half hours but I sit with it.

And it used to look like sitting down, opening Gmail, going through, probably if I was lucky, the first five emails.

And then 45 minutes later, I don't know where my time went because I clicked on the first email and I went to answer the email or do this or do that, whatever, and I lost the time.

Now, what I have done, and this is very simple to do, and I can give you resources later to do this.

But essentially what I now have AI do for me is actually give me a snapshot of where things are on Monday morning so that I only see that report before I do anything else.

And what that does is protects my time and my space because I see our clients meeting respond.

Our urgent things that are being dropped or whatnot, I get a very quick snapshot of that.

So you have to understand, first of all, how do you work best? What kind of, and this will take time.

This is also something that I want you all to understand is that, yes, there will be a big investment in time initially, but the rewards and the ROIs of your time, but also how it returns to your business are going to be exponential once you do this step.
