So why is it so important that women feel seen, heard, valued, and celebrated?

I think for forever, so you could say for decades, for centuries, women are out there.
They're doing, they have these giant shoulders and they continue to do.
How do we lift the world up? How do we bring the next? So women have been doing that for forever.
And I think that the reason why it's so important to see, hear, value and celebrate women is because.
And one of the things we focus on under the sisterhood is looking at everyday women.
But it's really important to me, everyday women who are doing extraordinary things, like yourself.
