Kasia BednarzGuestSatineHostNow before we dive into, you know, your personal leadership and building this pipeline, because that's certainly a huge piece here, I wanna look at the bigger picture.
We know that the healthy fast casual sector, man, it's at 92.4 billion globally- I think, you know, we s- we're seeing more consumers preferring healthier QSR options, and of course GLP-1s, things like that are certainly reshaping how we're-- Americans are eating, and the industry is responding to that.
You are riding that wave.
Tell me a little bit more about your vision for Fare in this market moment when people are, you know, concerned about things like protein, fiber, things like that.

So what's amazing about Fare is that we tr- we, we try to stay away from trends and fads and not saying that this is by any means, you know, a fad.

Everyone's very health and wellness focused and, you know, they want the ingredient transparency.

But if we just go to the basics of, you know, what food is, it's, it's nourishing for your body, and it's eating real ingredients.

And to some people that may mean you're getting the kids' plate instead of getting the full plate because you're just not as hungry anymore, but you're still getting that real nourishing food.

Like, you can get just a side of protein if you wanted to just get some turkey meatballs or a piece of really great sustainable salmon.

It just happens to be made with really good ingredients that are local and that are transparent, so you know what's in there.

So we give everybody a lot of options to kind of do what feels good for them and, and meet them where they are on their journey without it being trendy or leaning into something too hard.

You know, we just serve real food, and then you can decide how you want to enjoy that at Fare.
