Talk to me about the decision to build the business that way and how that works, like, on a day-to-day ba- basis.

Yeah.

Initially, I'm grateful that I was naive to the other options.

Like, you use butter and olive oil, and that's how you cooked.

And so I didn't even really consider the other options, and there wasn't all this packaged foods and, you know, preservatives that we were using.

And so I'm lucky that I came from that background because that's just how we started Fare.

And when I started eating out and eating in restaurants- You know, I was working and I was in college, it was super busy, and so I needed to eat fast food.

Uh, you know, in a world where we're discussing things like the broken rung and how women are disproportionate, um, at, at, you know, certain levels, why is that leadership pipeline and building that out so important to you?
