So let's talk a little business here this morning.
How are things...
You know, there are some interesting components to it in terms of anytime we see lending rates increase-
Mm-hmm
it always gets a little bit more challenging, and even on the residential construction side, it gets more challenging.
It's just that, uh, you know, anytime you're paying interest, that's just a little less that goes into your business or your home or your commercial project.
Mm-hmm.
And, uh, how are...
Y- y- you know, in terms of, you know, I guess gas prices and things like that, how is that kind of affecting things right now?
Mm-hmm
... 'cause transportation costs get into product costs, and it gets into travel, and it gets into all of the products that are made with petroleum.
And so yeah, you start to see prices increase, and all of us are well aware of how much prices have increased.
Mm-hmm.
And I've even heard from some of the service organizations, ser- uh, what I mean, service businesses, that's a better way to put it-

... service businesses, that some of these more discretionary spending areas, people are really starting to cut back.
And appointments that used to be really hard to get with some of those, um, more, um, non-essential, I'm thinking-

... of how to phrase that, non-essential services, there's now lots of openings, and they're getting creative in terms of how they fill their income.
