And that one statement has become so empowering to folks that it just removes that word bus from their language.

Well, I genuinely hope that the bus that you do get notified because we all know what happens when we don't get notified if the bus is coming.

So that all being said, I mean, how much of this though, I mean, really boils down to culture.

But a lot of it had to do with the culture, the morale of what has surrounded, what they've made it basically.
