And when you go to a resort, for example, and you're talking to the leadership team, it seems like it can be so overwhelming to like, I want to implement this and this is what our vision is with this.

Where do you start? Because with overwhelm, I always believe that you pick one thing and you start chipping away, right? But is there a common starting place for this or is every place different?
I would say from my experience, it depends on where the property wants to start.
So the GM, the marketing manager the key people that i'm working with directly what is their vision what is their interest like for example one property i'm working with they want to create digital programming that their guests can access on their you know on their screen in the room because they have a lot of high-level executives and celebrities that come to that hotel and they don't necessarily want to leave the room to go do something they want that that delivered to them inside the space So curated mindfulness programming, subconscious reprogramming, de-stress types of programming, also sleep.
Maybe it's they want to implement different longevity programs in their spa.
So it depends on, I would say, what the property's intentions are and what the guests are asking for.

And when you say longevity services in their spa, that would be like red light, therapy, sauna, hyperbaric chamber, different things like that? Exactly.
And the way that I help implement them is, yes, it's the technology and there's a whole mindset subconscious reprogramming program that we layer on top of the technology.
So it's not just, again, outsourcing our power to this piece of technology that we have in front of us, but it's really someone taking responsibility for their own transformation from within.

Okay, well, give me an example of this subconscious reprogramming, because when I think of this, it seems like hypnotizing them once they come in.
