And, I mean, I was coming towards the end, you know, I was 32 when, you know, my sign for Gerry was 32, coming on 33.
You know, a lot of injuries, Richard, because I'd done far too much playing over the years.
You know, I've said this before, you don't realise that You know, when anybody of sort of my age who played back then, you played, you were playing senior football.
I mean, I was playing, you know, you could have played at Windsor Park against Linfield on a Saturday and been playing Nighona Park the next day for Long Tower Colts, you know, against Celtic Swifts.
And then during the summer, you were playing summer cups every night of the week.
You know, and usually you're playing with one or two injuries, and then as you get older, and by the time I came to Derry, you know, I had so many injuries, it wasn't true.
And you come to Derry and And you come, I came to Derry at a really bad time because I came to Derry in the middle of the Jim McLaughlin, Noel King thing.
